Karima Kara is CEO of iexpressions consulting. She is a bilingual facilitator, coach and mediator who helps individuals, team and organizations to uncover their blind spots and lead more inclusively to achieve higher levels of engagement and performance.
Karima has extensive experience working public and private sectors. She has facilitated sessions for Global Affairs Canada (GAC), the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Office of the Auditor General (OAG), Status of Women, the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) and Cirque du Soleil.
Karima holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from McGill University and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. She received her mediation training from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in the U.K.
