Karima holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from McGill University and Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. She is a certified facilitator, coach and mediator. She is certified in various assessment tools including the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the Emotional Intelligence Tool (EQ-i 2.0 and 360).
Karima delivers valuable information in an inspiring and captivating manner. She's an excellent bilingual speaker and her passion for the subject matter (culture, hidden bias, inclusive leadership) is infectious!
